By creating an account or using ClipStrix (clipstrix.com), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

ClipStrix reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

ClipStrix is an AI-powered platform that helps users create, schedule, and publish short-form video content automatically. The service includes:

• AI-generated scripts, voiceovers, and video production
• Automated publishing to connected social media accounts
• Series management, analytics, and scheduling tools
• Credit-based usage system for AI content generation

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at legal@clipstrix.com.

You may not create accounts to automate abuse, violate these terms, or impersonate others.

ClipStrix offers subscription plans (Fledgling, Nighthawk, Apex) billed monthly or annually. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Cancellations: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a refund within 7 days of initial purchase. No refunds after that period or for credits already consumed.
• Price changes: We will provide 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices.
• Credits: Purchased credits do not expire but are non-refundable once used and cannot be transferred.

Your content: You retain ownership of any original content you provide. By using ClipStrix, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.

AI-generated content: Videos, scripts, and voiceovers generated by ClipStrix are provided for your use. You are responsible for ensuring published content complies with applicable laws and the terms of third-party platforms.

Our platform: ClipStrix's software, design, trademarks, and proprietary technology remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the platform.

You agree not to use ClipStrix to:

• Produce content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or violates third-party rights
• Generate spam, misleading information, or synthetic media intended to deceive
• Circumvent platform algorithms or violate the terms of connected social networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

ClipStrix integrates with third-party APIs (xAI / Grok, Fal.ai, OpenRouter, Stripe, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for interruptions or changes to third-party APIs that may affect service availability.

YouTube: If you connect a YouTube channel, your use of YouTube features within ClipStrix is additionally governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. You can revoke ClipStrix's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account Permissions.

TikTok: If you connect a TikTok account, your use is also governed by TikTok's Terms of Service. You can revoke access from TikTok's app settings at any time.

ClipStrix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that generated content will achieve specific performance results on social media platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipStrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason. Your data will be deleted within 90 days of termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
